Hi, I'm Michaela!

For years, I thought I’d never stop thinking about food. I was caught in the restrict-binge cycle, constantly chasing control and blaming myself when it didn’t work.

The turning point was letting go.

I unlearned food rules, challenged my fear of weight gain, and stopped tying my worth to my body size. Now, I help other women like you do the same.

As a Registered Dietitian with lived experience, I guide clients through intuitive eating with empathy, honesty, and practical tools, helping them build lasting peace with food and body.

When I’m not working with clients, I’m usually sipping a latte, getting lost in a romance novel, or walking trails with my husband and our dog, Theo!
